Considered one of Canada's premier party bands, Gong Show has been delivering unforgettable performances since 2004. Based in Saskatoon, this classic rock and country cover band is renowned for energizing crowds with a mix of fan-favorite songs and today's popular hits. Whether it’s a local event or a cross-country show, their ability to read the audience and keep the party alive sets them apart from the rest. With their playful stage presence, Gong Show is known for creating a lively, interactive experience that keeps venues hopping, but be warned – they’ve got an accordion and they’re not afraid to use it!
As the Saloon Stage House Band at the Big Valley Jamboree in 2019, Gong Show performed seven one-hour sets to thousands of festival-goers over four days. Earlier that year, they were the house band for the Professional Bull Riders (PBR) cabarets at the Art Houser Centre in Prince Albert. Over the past decade, they have played to crowds across the prairies, and opened for acts such as Trooper, Streetheart, Finger Eleven, The Trews, and Brothers Osborne, to name a few.
Gong Show's high-energy performances have also graced some of Canada’s largest events, including the Grey Cup festivities in Edmonton (2018), Calgary (2019), and Regina (2022). Their ability to connect with diverse crowds has solidified their reputation as a go-to band for large-scale events.
From Victoria to Halifax, and even as far as the Gulf of Mexico and Nunavut, Gong Show has captivated audiences across North America. Get ready to have a blast and experience the music, fun, and laughter that only Gong Show can deliver!
